Hey friends! Long time, no post, I know! 😬
The past couple of weeks/weekends have been super busy, especially with getting into the swing of our new Summer routine!
Here’s a quick video of what we have been up to!
This week, I am wanting to keep my nutrition pretty clean due to some anxiety popping back up. I also really am wanting fresh, light, and crisp Summer flavors, so that’s what I’m going for. And Mexican, because, duh.
Meal Plan Monday
Monday: Primal Palate Sweet and Sticky wings
Tuesday: Balsamic grilled chicken with side of watermelon and roasted sweet potatoes
Wednesday: Steak salads with Tessemae’s creamy ranch for me and Ceaser for Jared!
Thursday: Taco night with chicken thighs as meat – and this time we are using lettuce as our shell, get over it Jared 🙄
Friday: Burgers with grilled pineapple rings and baked sweet potato fries
Saturday: Pork tenderloin – not sure how yet though, still need some inspo! Have any recommendations?
Sunday: Shopping day!
